For more than 20 years, Wilden Pro-Flo Series pumps have been known for simplicity and ultra reliability. They are perfectly suited for challenging industrial applications that require a durable chemical pump or oil pump with robust, consistent, reliable performance. Pro-Flo Series pumps offer increased productivity with more flow while reducing air consumption and maintenance.

With plug-and-play operation and only three moving parts, Pro-Flo AODD pumps reduce downtime and simplify both installation and maintenance.

Because Pro-Flo pumps are mechanically actuated, with no electronic parts, they are submersible and require no additional configuration or complicated curves.

Pro-Flo® Air Distribution System

Wilden’s original Pro-Flo Series pumps incorporate a simple and durable Air Distribution System (ADS) featuring a plastic center block, long lasting wear parts and lube-free operation. The patented Pro-Flo air distribution system incorporates just three moving parts for simplicity, high reliability, and longevity:

  • non-stalling unbalanced air valve spool
  • pilot spool
  • main shaft/diaphragm assembly
