Wilden Pump Diaphragms

Rubber

Wilden Integral Piston Diaphragms (IPDs) feature a one-piece design that offers a safe, clean and reliable product transfer with no product entrapment areas to minimize product contamination and risk liabilities. These diaphragms have a smooth, contoured shape and no outer piston. IPDs have greater durability and flex life, and are compatible with existing shafts and supporting hardware. They also provide greater flow rates and faster installation, all without sacrificing performance.

  • Up to 100% increased flow and suction lift compared to PTFE laminate diaphragms
  • Elimination of a potential leak point at the outer piston when pumping product

Wilden Pulsation Surge Dampeners

Edelmann highly recommends the Wilden Equalizer® Surge Dampener to eliminate the variable pulsation of AODD pumps, creating a smooth consistent flow for your process.  These dampeners:

The Equalizer® Surge Dampener SD Series creates laminar (constant) process flow by reducing or eliminating pump pulsation, which is critical in retaining pump and piping integrity. SD Equalizers use the same air as the pump to counter the flow rate and discharge-pressure changes within the system.

The Wilden SafeGuard™ is the industry’s first AODD Internet of Things (IoT) enabled remote performance monitoring and alert solution. SafeGuard is an all-inclusive monitoring system that tracks, records and alerts customers to key AODD pump performance indicators at all times of operation via continuous Cloud connectivity as a way to address and prevent operational shortcomings that can result in costly pump failures.
