With proven performance, the Goulds 3196 ANSI Standard Dimension Process Centrifugal Pump has been an industry standard since 1961. These 3196 pumps are certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and feature i-FRAME® Intelligent Monitoring to extend MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) while also lowering LCC (Life Cycle Cost).
Trademarked seal chamber designs allow seals to run cooler with better face lubrication provide long term, reliable performance. These seal designs extend seal life by keeping solids, air and vapors away from the seal faces.
Power ends, a key to chemical process pump reliability, must be designed for optimum bearing life, effective oil cooling, and minimum shaft deflection. Onboard condition monitoring provides early warning of potential failures. The i-FRAME power end design maximizes reliability and MTBF, with severe-duty bearings to increase bearing life 2-5 times. The onboard condition monitor gives visible indication of general pump health.
