Goulds 3175 model paper stock/process pumps are designed for the toughest applications in Pulp& Paper and Process industries. These pumps feature i-ALERT intelligent monitoring. Materials of instruction include Cast Iron and 316 Stainless Steel, and they are also available in any machinable alloy such as 317SS, 317LSS, 316LSS, Alloy 20, CD4MCuN, 6-7% moly, Titanium, Hastelloy B and C. The 3180 is the heavy-duty process pump features a robust design to handle heavy duty process pumping applications.

i-ALERT Condition Monitoring

Both the 3175 and 3180 models feature i-ALERT condition monitoring, which constantly measures vibration and temperature
at the thrust bearing. General pump health is indicated by colored LEDs, and catastrophic failures can be avoided
through early warnings of improper operation.
