The Goulds Model 3393 High Pressure, Multistage Ring Section Pump is a radially split, segmented casing pump designed with modular interstage components. Identical interstage components can be assembled to produce pumps of varying numbers of stages, hydraulics, materials, and configurations to meet specific application requirements.
Multiple suction nozzle and discharge nozzle orientations are available so the 3393 can adapt to multiple piping installations and provide flexibility in plant layout. Multiple hydraulics for each pump size optimize efficiency across a vast range of applications. All intermediate stage components are identical, which reduces spare parts inventory.
For demanding, high-pressure applications, the design of the ITT Goulds 3393 multistage ring section pump minimizes Total Cost of Ownership. Lower energy costs are achieved due to an integrated diffuser and an interstage casing component that reduces hydraulic losses. Maintenance costs are reduced because the balance drum is easily accessible. And higher pump reliability is achieved through the i-ALERT onboard condition monitoring device.
